Jim McKenzie

Compensation Committee Chair

Jim McKenzie is acting as Chair of Compensation Committee for Truuli Environmental Inc. He is CFO and Director of Lion Vista Group of companies doing organizational analysis, financial structuring, and reorganization. Jim is also Co-founder, CFO of Test Products International (1997) based in Beaverton, Oregon; a company producing test and measurement devices used in heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing. The company is 25 years old. Previously he had started a company (1989) called CUI Stack, Inc. The company was sold in 2008 and became a publicly listed company on NASDAQ known as CUI Global Inc. CUI controls several key patents in linear displacement measurement and natural gas real-time caloric measurement. Throughout his career, Jim McKenzie has also started various compagnies further extensive foreign business experience in Asia and Mexico. Mr McKenzie holds a bachelor degree in chemistry, physics, and mathematics from University of Chicago and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business specializing in computerized applications for equity and debt portfolios. He was the first James S. Kemper Scholar in the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
